E-COMMERCE POLICIES:

Payment: rocks ‘n’ roots accepts all major credit cards for e-commerce orders, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We use online security to ensure your personal information is not viewed by anyone without authorization. We also accept payment by check - but you must print out completed order form and mail in check with the following information printed on the check: full name, full address (no p.o. boxes), phone number with area code, drivers license number, birth date and social security number. Checks not containing this information will be returned and the order will not be processed. Starter checks are not accepted.

Penalties: All orders totaling less than $40.00 will be charged a non-refundable fee of $5.00 for below material minimum orders. A $25.00 return fee will be assessed on all returned checks.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns: All returns must be approved by rocks ‘n’ roots, no exception!!

Non-warranty returns will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Contact rocks ‘n’ roots at info@rocksnroots.com to get Return Authorization Paperwork. Please provide us with your original order number. There will be a 25% return and restocking fee. rocks ‘n’ roots does not refund your original shipping and handling charges or your return shipping and handling charges. All returns must be in original packaging and original condition. Custom orders are not returnable. No exceptions.

Warranty returns are subject to the manufacturers warranties. rocks ‘n’ roots must be notified of all returns via e-mail at: info@rocksnroots.com . Please provide us with your original order number along with a description of the problem. No warranty returns will be accepted after the products warranty has expired.

Shipping: All orders will be shipped through U.P.S. - standard delivery. If you need faster delivery on product, e-mail us for shipping quotes at info@rocksnroots.com. There are some items that are too large (over 150 lbs.) to ship through U.P.S., and on those orders a trucking service will be used. Trucking companies will only deliver to commercial businesses that have a loading dock. They will contact you to set up delivery date and time. Someone must be present at time of delivery to accept product. If no one is present at time of delivery a second delivery charge and no-show fee will be required before we re-ship the order. All applicable charges will be applied. We do not ship C.O.D. Orders placed outside of the continental U.S will incur additional freight charges. Delivery through U.P.S. will take 7-14 days to process and ship. Delays are possible, but you will be notified through e-mail on your shipping status. Although rare, damage can happen through the shipping process. Be sure to have damage noted on U.P.S. shipper and refuse delivery. If damaged material is accepted, all return charges will be paid by purchaser. In the case of finding damaged goods AFTER opening package, stop and contact us so we can contact U.P.S. with a concealed damage claim. All claims must be made within 48 hours after receiving product.

Tax: All applicable Michigan Sales Taxes will be included on all e-commerce orders and must be paid by the purchaser.

IN-STORE POLICIES:

• Michigan Law - All loads must be tarped.
• Client assumes all responsibility when allowing rocks ’n’ roots to load their vehicle.
• rocks ’n’ roots will only load open bed trucks and trailers.
• All calculations are approximate.
• NOT REFUNDABLE: Bulk, dated, dirty or sale items; unbanded brick, special orders, re-banded bricks or material, shrink wrapped bricks or material; Natural wall, flag, steps and outcropping; and all Unilock products.
• 25% restocking fee on returnable items.
• NO RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT. No exception!!
• Refund for check purchases must wait ten (10) business days. A $25 return fee will be assessed on all returned checks.
• If refund is allowed, refund will be given the same way paid, except for cash refunds over $25.00, then a check will be issued.
• Prices subject to change without notice.
• On natural material, per ton price is only applicable to full pallets. Average 1-3 tons per pallet. Hand picking is charged the per pound price only…No discount, No exceptions.
• We will not cut natural stone.
• $75.00 material minimum plus delivery on all deliveries.
• Order discrepancies must be noted on day of delivery or at time of pick-up.
• No tagging of rocks, boulders, natural flag, wall, steps or outcropping for pick-up or delivery orders.
• No pets allowed in store or on property.
• No smoking allowed in the store, barns or by mulch bins.
• Children must remain by parent’s side at all times.
• On all color blends, one color may be predominant or the only color visible.
• Limited return policy within 30 days.
• Bulk items - final sale!!
• All stones will have fines and dust due to the crushing process at the quarry.
• One coupon per sale. Coupons cannot be combined or used on sale items. Coupons can not be used on prior orders.
• We are happy to help figure quantities but are not responsible for errors or omissions.
